The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) issued the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP)
regulation, which implements a risk-based SMS approach and requires recipients or subrecipients
of financial assistance under the Urbanized Area Formula Program and rail transit agencies
to have a safety plan in place.
The WBAT platform can be utilized by rail transit agencies to collect, process, and analyze
